Accepted Answer

Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

Available pickup options and instructions will be provided during checkout or with your order confirmation. The confirmed location, date, and time will be included with your order details.

Any available delivery or shipping choices are shown during checkout for eligible items and locations.

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout and are summarized in your order confirmation.

Question 7

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Check the product details for available ingredient and allergen information. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a specific item.

Question 9

Yes. Small-batch production is an important part of the Lilli & Leonard approach.

Our products are produced in smaller quantities with attention to flavor, texture, consistency, freshness, and presentation rather than large-scale mass production.

Lilli & Leonard products are prepared and packaged in a licensed commercial kitchen with care for food safety, proper handling, freshness, and quality.

You can learn more on our Quality & Food Safety Commitment page.

Question 13

How fresh are your products?

Accepted Answer

Freshness is an important part of our product and inventory approach.

Our products are produced in small quantities and packaged carefully to help maintain their intended flavor, texture, and quality.

Because each product type has its own shelf life, always refer to the Best By or Use By information on the individual package.

Question 14

How should I store my products?

Because storage recommendations can vary by product, follow any additional instructions provided on the package.

Once opened, reseal the package tightly to help maintain freshness.
